I opened my first personal training facility near Heidelberg, Germany, where I helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness, weight loss, and health goals using evidence-based methods.
Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in female hormonal health, particularly working with women navigating pre- and perimenopause. Understanding the unique challenges hormonal changes bring, I’ve created science-backed strategies that address these changes head-on.
